A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before we connect.
Is this for B2B or B2C businesses?
Both. Businesses can explore service opportunities with management companies and associations, and direct-to-homeowner discovery. Available pathways depend on your services, location, and agreed participation terms.
Does joining guarantee leads or sales?
No. Participation does not guarantee leads, contracts, revenue, or community access. NC will discuss market fit, coverage, and the available program before onboarding.
How do vendors and homeowners transact?
For direct homeowner services, the vendor and homeowner agree on scope and transact directly. Any NC participation fees, referral arrangements, or management-company service terms must be confirmed separately.
What does it cost to participate?
Pricing, included tools, optional services, and any referral or subscription terms are reviewed with NC. This page does not quote prices, create an account, or activate a paid service.
Can management partners explore NC's enterprise tools?
Yes. Discuss portfolio communications, governance workflows, retained records, service coordination, and the accounting or integration capabilities relevant to your team. Module availability and implementation scope are confirmed with NC.
